Leeks with Lemon

- 3 Leeks
- 1/2 Bouillon Cube
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
Directions
- Heat the olive oil at a high heat.
- Add all other ingredients and cook for a few minutes.
- Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the leaks are quite soft.

This recipe was was dictated after several glasses of wine on both sides.
