Leeks with Lemon

Ingredients

  • 3 Leeks
  • 1/2 Bouillon Cube
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil at a high heat.
  2. Add all other ingredients and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the leaks are quite soft.

Notes

This recipe was was dictated after several glasses of wine on both sides.
