Zucchini with Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 1 green zucchini
- 1 yellow zucchini
- 200 g feta
- 1 large onion
- a bunch of parsley
- half a bunch fresh oregano ( or 1 tsp dry oregano)
- 6 Tsp olive oil
- 400 g gnocchi
- salt, black pepper
- 1 Tsp white balsamico vinegar
Directions
- Cut zucchini, feta and onion into small pieces.
- Cut (seperately) parsley and oregano.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add onions. Fry for about 5 minutes at medium-high heat.
- Add the zucchini and oregano. Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Cook gnocchi in boiling water.
- When gnocchi are done add them to the zucchini.
- Add parsley, feta and vinegar. If necessary add pepper and salt.
