==ingredients==
* 1/2 stick unsalted butter
* 7 ounces feta (1.5 cups finely crumbled)
* 1/4 cup finely chopped mint
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 8 large ears of corn

==directions==
# Put a big pot of water on to boil.
# Shuck the corn and cut each cob crosswise into 4 pieces
# Put the butter in a big bowl and microwave it to soften it quite a bit.
# Crumble in the feta, add the finely chopped mint, and stir it all together with a rounded 1/2 teaspoon salt.
# Once the water is boiling, add the corn and cook until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
# Transfer the corn with tongs to the butter mixture and toss until well coated.
