Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. grounded cinnamon
- 250 g shredded chocolate
- 250 g ground nuts
- 250 g flour
- lemon juice
- powdered sugar
- hazelnuts (1 per cookie)
Directions
- Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Spread batter on buttered cookie sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 300 °F.
- Mix together the lemon juice and the powdered sugar to glaze consistency.
- After baking spread glaze and cut it into squares.
- Place one hazelnut in the middle of each square.
