Pfannkuchen (German Pancakes)

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 ml water
  • ½ tsp salt

For frying

  • butter

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat butter in large frying pan at medium heat.
  3. Take a soup ladle and fill with mixture and put into frying pan.
  4. Fry until Pfannkuchen gets a golden color.
