Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie shell (4 cups)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin mash
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 can (12 oz) undiluted carnation evaporated milk

Directions

  1. Prepare pie shell.
  2. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 °F.
  5. Reduce temperature to 350 °F. bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
