Butter Crumshus Cake

- * 1/4 Cup butter
* 1/2 Cup flour * 1/2 Cup brown sugar * 1/2 Cup nuts
- * 2 Cup flour
* 2 tsp. baking powder * 1/2 tsp. soda * 1/2 tsp. salt
- * 1/2 Cup butter
* 1 Cup (8 oz) cream cheese * 1 1/4 Cup sugar
- * 2 eggs
* 1 tsp. vanilla
- * 1/2 Cup milk
Directions
- Cut butter into pieces and mix together the butter, flour and the brown sugar. Add the nuts to the mixture (Crumb mixture).
- Sift the flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
- Cream the butter and cream cheese. Then add the sugar. Blend in the eggs and the vanilla.
- Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk.
- Turn into 13x9x2 pan, greased on bottom.
- Sprinkle with crumb mixture .
- Bake at 350 °F for 30-40 minutes.
