Apple Tart

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 Cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar

Filling

  • 3 Cups grated apples
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. flour

Directions

  1. Mix together flour, salt, sugar, butter and vinegar. Don't over work dough.
  2. Spread dough thickly on bottom of 9 springform 1 on sides.
  3. Combine apples, sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Spread evenly over dough.
  5. Bake 60 minutes at 400 °F.

Notes

Can be served with whipped cream.
