Ingredients
- 1 pkg taco mix
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 8 oz mayonnaise
- 8 oz taco sauce
- 8 oz finely grated cheese (mozzarella and cheddar mix)
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
Directions
- Mix first three ingredients until well blended and spread on a round platter.
- Top with the remaining ingredients layered in the order listed.
Notes
This is my old friend's mom's recipe. I haven't made it since high school but we used to have this at parties back then and it was really sinful and tasty. My sister reminded me of this over Christmas but we couldn't remember the recipe, so I'm adding it here so that won't happen again. :-D I think if I made this now I would do something other than the prepackaged stuff.
