Pasta with Red Paprika and Feta

Ingredients
- 2 red paprikas
- 1/2 a bunch thyme
- 1 Tbsp Ajvar
- 1 tsp tomato puree
- 50 ml vegetable consommé
- salt and pepper
- 500 g Pasta (for example: Conchiglie)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 150 g feta
Directions
- Julienne paprika. Cut thyme.
- Combine in a small bowle ajvar, tomato puree, vegetable consommé, salt and pepper.
- Cook pasta.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the paprika and thyme.
- After 1 minute add the ajvar-combination and cook for 7 minutes.
- Add pasta, salt and pepper and feta.
