Poppy Seed Cake (Mohnkuchen auf dem Blech)

Cake
Cream well:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Add:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup milk
Spread on a greased cookie sheet or 13x9x2" pan.
Mix:
- 1 can Solo poppy seed cake filling
- 2 Tablespoons milk (to make it spreadable)
Spread carefully on above dough.
Streusel
Mix together:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Crumble streusel on top of cake poppy seed layer.
Bake at 350° F for 30-45 minutes.
