Ingredients
- 375g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- 1 cup Water (If large eggs are used then use a little less water)
- 1 Tbsp Oil
Directions
- Put a pot of salted water on to boil.
- Mix the flour and salt together.
- Blend in the eggs and water slowly (use your blender), until the dough is smooth.
- Continue to blend the dough until it has enlarged in size and is nice and stretchy.
- When the water boils, add the oil to the pot.
- Put batches of your dough in the hopper of the spätzle grater and grate the noodles into the boiling water.
- When the noodles float, lift them out of the water with a slotted spoon and keep them warm while you cook the rest.
