* 0,25 l vegetable oil
* 1 tsp. salt
* 1 tsp. cinnamon
* 300 g shredded zucchini ( or carrots)
* 250 g ground nuts
* 250 g flour
* tbsp. baking powder

# Cream sugar,eggs and vanilla.
# Blend in oil, salt and cinnamon.
# Add zucchini, nuts, flour and baking powder. Be careful not not to overwork batter, once the flour is added.
# Bake for 60 minutes at 345 °F.
