Ingredients
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 Cup nuts
- 1 Cup mashed bananas
Directions
- Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
- Add dry ingredients and bananas.
- Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 °F for 45-60 minutes. Test for doneness.
Notes
Can be iced with butter and sugar glaze or just plain powdered sugar.
