Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 4 large eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 100 ml water
- ½ tsp salt
For frying
- butter
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend until smooth.
- Heat butter in large frying pan at medium heat.
- Take a soup ladle and fill with mixture and put into frying pan.
- Fry until Pfannkuchen gets a golden color.
