===Cake===
Cream well:
* 1/4 cup butter
* 4 ounces cream cheese
* 2/3 cup sugar
* 1 egg
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Add:
* 1 cup flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 cup milk

Spread on a greased cookie sheet or 13x9x2" pan.

Mix:
* 1 can Solo poppy seed cake filling
* 2 Tablespoons milk (to make it spreadable)

Spread carefully on above dough.

===Streusel===
Mix together:
* 1 cup flour
* 1 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup butter
* 1 teaspoon vanilla

Crumble streusel on top of cake poppy seed layer.

Bake at 350° F for 30-45 minutes.

==Notes==
<pre>Very yummy! The streusel makes probably twice what you need for this cake. Cut in half.
