Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. grounded cinnamon
  • 250 g shredded chocolate
  • 250 g ground nuts
  • 250 g flour
  • lemon juice
  • powdered sugar
  • hazelnuts (1 per cookie)

Directions

  1. Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
  2. Add dry ingredients.
  3. Spread batter on buttered cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes at 300 °F.
  5. Mix together the lemon juice and the powdered sugar to glaze consistency.
  6. After baking spread glaze and cut it into squares.
  7. Place one hazelnut in the middle of each square.
