Pasta with Red Paprika and Feta

Ingredients

  • 2 red paprikas
  • 1/2 a bunch thyme
  • 1 Tbsp Ajvar
  • 1 tsp tomato puree
  • 50 ml vegetable consommé
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g Pasta (for example: Conchiglie)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 150 g feta

Directions

  1. Julienne paprika. Cut thyme.
  2. Combine in a small bowle ajvar, tomato puree, vegetable consommé, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook pasta.
  4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the paprika and thyme.
  5. After 1 minute add the ajvar-combination and cook for 7 minutes.
  6. Add pasta, salt and pepper and feta.
